You showed me how to acquire my autosomal results by purchasing a kit from 23andme and downloading the raw data. However I decided not to buy it because I'm fairly confident I'd just group up with Bedouins/Kuwaitis/Khaleejis because of my history and phenotype.

However, I have an Iraqi friend who got her autosomal results and she would like you to help her analyze her results compared to other Iraqis. I gave her the email you provided me with on here, and she e-mailed you her results as well as a description of her history.

However I don't know if you regularly check that e-mail, so I'm giving you a heads up that she eagerly awaits your reply. If by any chance you don't have access to that e-mail, may you provide me with another means of contact so I can pass that on to her? She has an account on Anthrogenica if that helps the case. Thanks for your time.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16649559200302824160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1082727841026025895.post-86438984684433080162015-06-11T12:31:26.635-07:002015-06-11T12:31:26.635-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16649559200302824160noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1082727841026025895.post-21565150984444239352014-12-20T13:23:32.851-08:002014-12-20T13:23:32.851-08:00In Sorani Kurdish, Lion is "Sher". Alternativ names in Kurdish are babir, bebir, bewir, behwer.
I have to read the link that you recommended (it is pretty long). It's hard to say much about the cradle of Indo-Europeans, there are a lot of speculations about this topic. I think that both R1a and R1b originated in or near Kurdistan. I also think that both R1a and R1b were more present in Northern Middle East than they are today.
Only based on ancient DNA we will be able to determine the SNPs and the subgroups of R1a and R1b that are responsible for the Indo-Europeans expansion.Palistohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05633640722962576468noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1082727841026025895.post-11325485352524849082014-12-19T19:31:27.172-08:002014-12-19T19:31:27.172-08:00Palisto, In your language what are the words for d...Palisto, In your language what are the words for denoting Tiger and Lion?
BTW if you would have taken part into this conversation-
http://new-indology.blogspot.in/2014/10/can-we-finally-identify-real-cradle-of.html
Then for both the scholar and you who has good knowledge on genetics would have been great!.....Nirjhar007https://www.blogger.com/profile/12880827026479135118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1082727841026025895.post-55106253935397965152014-10-27T14:09:31.111-07:002014-10-27T14:09:31.111-07:00How can i get in contact with you? I'm from south iraq (nassiriya) but according my tribal leader we migrated to iraq from saudi arabia (najd region); though i don't know the exact date we arrived (could be as far back as 1000 years). I would like to setup a way for you to analyze my autosomal dna admixture in comparison to other Iraqis.Ginrummyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01098094524867025271noreply@blogger.com
